In Corporate Diplomacy, Professor Hossam ElShazly, the former Presidential Candidate, the prominent figure in politics and international relations and the current President of Cambridge Corporate University with a selected group of elite scholars, public service officers, diplomats and industry experts will join you to a challenging and transformational journey investigating a new dimension of the interpersonal skills and personality traits required for managing corporate development and international business relation in the 21st century. This program examines how senior managers can manage and shape the business environment and relations through international diplomacy skills.

Corporate Diplomacy focuses on developing The Manager as Diplomat and addresses the skills of international Diplomacy in the scope of corporate management and business development.

By bringing the most advanced concept in today's business environment, the program curriculum is exceptionally challenging and focuses on the following areas:

• Conducting linked negotiations, undertaking multistage negotiations, *sequential negotiations and linked parallel negotiations.

Corporate Diplomacy is structured and offered in small groups allowing for effective interaction among participants and giving a foundation for the UN workshop session, which is an essential part of the program's structure. The world-class at the corporate centre hosts participant with a wide range of experience and from different countries worldwide. The recent program on our local campus in Switzerland involves executives from 21 countries. Participants are able to complete the program in 50-70 hours, including the assessment and evaluation session.The Program is currently offered entirely online

Psychology Track

Via this unique learning and training psychological approach, participants are able to develop particular dimensions in their personality characteristics, especially these areas related to analytical abilities, decision making, reflection, negotiation abilities, and social networking.This Track focuses on enabling participants to work very efficient under extreme stress factors and unexpected developments in the business environment; it also provides a systematic approach to internal motivation, idea structure and generation.

Through a very structured curriculum, participants will learn to understand the international diplomacy skills fully, methodology and approach used for problems analysis, decision making ,developing and structuring international relations, agreements and business negotiations, building professional networks and collations, and managing conflicts and structuring crisis centres.

The International Diplomacy Workshop- UN Workshop

The International Diplomacy Workshop- UN Workshop

The International Diplomacy workshop is one essential and most fascinating parts of the program.Participants participate in an interactive workshop where they apply the types of diplomatic skills and traits they learn and develop throughout the program. Via advanced structured workshops and using state of the art technology; they will be trained to use international diplomacy skills in corporate management. In conducting linked negotiations, undertaking multistage negotiations, sequential negotiations, and linked parallel negotiations, participants will master how to shape political maps and manage corporate change, business transformation, and maximize return on investment.

The Diplomatic Plan

The Diplomatic Plan

As an essential requirement for the program completion, participants work to develop a professional 'Diplomatic-Plan' applicable to their own work environment. They will master and examine different diplomatic skills and concepts such as Mental Bridges, Breadth of responsibility, Organize-to-learn, technical learning, cultural learning, and political learning. The plan is among the main assets and skills required to develop a pilot project for corporate management and business development.

Assessment and Evaluation

Corporate Diplomacy (CCU-CD7012-012) evaluated as follows:

I. Two written exercises on topics specified by the program committee and focused on the participants' ability to set and examine different approaches used in international Diplomacy and how to strategically apply them within corporate management (Counted for 50% )

II. One oral exam on topics related to the participant's ability to practise skills used in international Diplomacy through different levels and styles of the corporate negotiation process, the participant should be able to defend their position based on a professional and a sequential system. (20%)

III. Class participation measures the participant's ability to work in teams and use the team harmony within the class and the workshops to progress during the program. (20 % )

IV. Work paper focuses on one topic to measure the participant's ability to organize and structure the diplomatic plan within the business environment. (10% )
