Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (BOT) of CCU, a 13 member board is responsible for the overall University and its Institute of Graduate studies direction.. It approves the capital budget, supervises the investment of the University’s endowment, manages and, supervises the University campus in conjunction with physical planning locally and internationally. The BOT is the body concerned with any major changes in the policies, regulations, admission, fees including hiring of faculty members at the main campus, the corporate center in Switzerland and all international campuses of the CCU worldwide.

CCU’s academic officers, program directors, international assembly members oversees various aspects of University governance. The IAM committee is the body that oversees the international affairs of the University and decides on licensing and accreditation procedures with the SAC in relation to programs offered online or oversee. Members of the BOT at CCU are world recognized figures in their specialized areas of expertise and thought leaders who change the world every day.
