CSC®turns to be one of the Swiss symbols of excellence in executive development worldwide targeted by industry giants in various fields, in particular, the pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, software development, and service industries. Participants are expected to complete The Cambridge Switch Certification, 'CSC® in an average of 100 hours to satisfy the program requirements, gain the 15 credits and enter the program final evaluation.

Topics on Government Business and
International Economy (GBIE) (3 credits):

The 'CSC® session on Government Business and International Economics (GBIE) prepares the participants to gain a deep understanding of the concept of international economic structure and governmental involvement at different levels. It also polishes the participants' abilities and skills to think, act and analyze situations links the economic structure in their business environment to value creation. The course explores the influence of COVID19 and similar pandemics on the international economy and trains participants to act during crises.

This part of the program also prepares students to think, act, and participate actively in the economic classes offered in different graduate degrees at the Cambridge Corporate University and inform them about some of the most important tools that help executives manage economic decisions and government relationships within this special setup.

This part of the program also introduces participants to the Balanced Score Card' score concepts and applications within the international industry.The session includes focus groups and workshops that educate executives on some of the best known decision-making tools and approaches. The SM part of the Cambridge SwitchCertification, 'CSC®' Program teaches participants how to use the Blue-Ocean strategic approach in developing a competitive and value-driven business strategy. It also acts as a good foundation for advanced strategic management modules offered at Cambridge CorporateUniversity.

The Artificial Intelligence andData Analysis session introduces participants to the core concept of Artificial Intelligence andData Analysis and educates them about the role of (AIDA) in the modern business structure and environment.

Participants also learn from selected case-studies and applications offered in collaboration with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (IAR) at the University.

The session covers some specialized topics on automation of supply chain management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and service industries, where participants have hands-on training on AI software.Data Analysis is another important part of this session, where the focus is on enhancing the participants' abilities and skills in using the available data analysis business technology and tools.The session is also considered the entry point to the comprehensive Artificial Intelligence andData Analysis curriculum at CCU.

This part of the Cambridge Switch Certification, 'CSC®' program, explores executives' financial management role in an organization. The session does not focus on the technical aspect of financial management but more on the process's management and decision-making.The session helps executives develop the required awareness and financial management mental setup required to conduct their job at the best level.

Participants use a selected number of case studies, simulations, and applications to practice financial management decisions role within an international business environment. The course also develops a strong foundation for managing, analyzing, and dealing with the unlimited number of financial reports and the size able financial data considered an essential part of an executive job.

Case studies and workshops, among other tools, are at the core of the corporate model of learning at Cambridge Corporate University. Scenario cases represent real business experience where participants engage in managing daily business decisions on different levels.

The session offers some topics on the CCU-rich project management model, team formation, planning, and execution. Via an intensive, interactive curriculum, participants will master the art of case-study development, analysis, decision making, time management, and work planning.

The Workshops and Scenario Case-Studies session introduces participants to the concepts of innovation management and digital transformation via a structured workshop established in association with the Department of Business Innovation and Digital Transformation (BIDT) at theAlbert Schweitzer School of Management at the University.

  (2 credits):

This part of the Cambridge Switch Certification, 'CSC®' program is offered in collaboration with the Yvon Pfeifer Writing(YWC) at the University and trains participants on the best academic and technical skills required for writing and publishing business and academic articles and papers.

The session is intensive, scholarly, informative, and very well structured.

Participants will also gain a deep understanding of the knowledge and skills required to structure a research agenda, thesis and dissertation scholarly structure, and writing. The session provides a sufficient understanding of the basics of research methodology necessary to complete research work as a graduate degree at the Cambridge Corporate University. It also provides a solid understanding of the methodology of using research in market studies and decision-making processes. Participants will have the opportunity to publish selected articles and papers via the Yvon Pfeifer Writing(YWC) and the INNOVA Journal at CCU.
